Key Duties & Responsibilities:
– Delivering exceptional customer service to existing clients
– Help customers troubleshoot existing orders
– Respond to customer queries regarding the product line
– Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products
– Overall sales support
Position is full-time, at our Brampton office

Yes – all customers are required to wear a mask and sanitize their hands. All employees are required to wear a mask whenever a 2-meter distance cannot be maintained, they are moving about in the office or servicing a customer.
University Degree or College Diploma preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required
Experience in sales is an asset
Organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
