We are looking for a customer service representative who will support our customers by providing superior product knowledge, troubleshooting order challenges and offering the highest level of customer service.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
– Deliver exceptional customer service to existing clients
– Help customers troubleshoot existing orders
– Respond to customer queries regarding product line
– Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products
– Buying and material reception report (as needed)
– Overall sales support and other tasks as assigned
Expected Start Date: January 9th 2022
Daily Budget: 8h00 to 16h30 with 1 hour for lunch
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
University Degree or College Diploma preferred
Organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in sales is an asset
Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
Dedicated team player willing to work collaboratively and cross functionally (sales, buying, operations)
