Our customer service representatives provide essential support to our customers by providing superior product knowledge, troubleshooting order challenges and offering the highest level of customer service.




– Delivering exceptional customer service to existing clients

– Help customers troubleshoot existing orders

– Respond to customer queries regarding product line

– Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products

– Overall sales support

Position is full-time, at our Brampton office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent


– University Degree or College Diploma preferred

– Experience in sales is an asset

Required skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Organizational and time management skills

– Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals

– Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required
