Job summary

We are looking for a dynamic person to fill a position in customer service (Order office department)

LOCALISATION

Description

-Answer telephone calls from our customers

-Order taking (by phone and email)

-Enter orders into our computer system

-Track order

-Technical support to customers in the management of their orders

-Teamwork is required

-Make quotes

Requirements

-Bilingual English / French

-Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel software.

 

Required skills

-Knowledge of the kitchen cabinet, furniture, and building materials industry in general (an asset)

-Good computer skills

-Dynamic, sense of initiative

-Excellent in teamwork

– Highly developed sense of customer service

-Autonomous (having a vehicle capable of getting around to work)
