Description

Our inside service representatives provide essential support to our customers by providing superior product knowledge, troubleshooting order challenges, and offering the highest level of customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional customer service to existing clients

Help customers troubleshoot existing orders

Respond to customer queries regarding the product lines

Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our products

Overall sales support

 

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

Requirements

Secondary School (required)

Sales: 2 years (preferred)

Bilingual (French) is a requirement

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Organizational and time management skills

Dynamic, sense of initiative

Excel in teamwork

Highly developed sense of customer service

Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are required

Bilingual (French) is a requirement

Required skills

Knowledge of the kitchen cabinet industry, furniture and building materials in general (an asset)

Experience in sales is an asset

Proficiency in NetSuite ERP system is an asset
